Registration

You can return an item if it’s faulty or not as described. Any damages, discrepancies, or returns must be reported to us within seven days of delivery by emailing blueberrylondonwholesale@hotmail.com. Please include your order number, name, address, product details, and the reason for return.
Once we approve your return, you must send the item back in its original condition within five days of approval. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or credit within ten working days.
You’re responsible for the return postage, and returns remain your property until we receive and sign for them. Items must be returned with a returns note containing all your order details.
Any return not due to a fault or incorrect item may be subject to a ten percent restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved — we reserve the right to refuse unauthorised returns.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.
